Si no tenemos aviso de su retraso, habrá cargos adicionales). -La devolución anticipada de la embarcación no da derecho al cliente a un reclamo de reembolso. -La distancia máxima del barco desde la costa no debe exceder las 3 NM. -Solo el arrendatario es responsable del manejo y funcionamiento del barco durante el alquiler. -No está permitido salir de la isla de Paros. -Asegúrese de que todos los miembros del grupo cumplan con estos términos y condiciones. -Se debe pagar un depósito para confirmar el barco. -La reunión informativa es a las 09:30 am (mañana) / 18:00 pm (tarde). Leave the planning to our experts and choose your preferred day trip. **Included on the price:** VAT Full insurance Cool beverages Snorkelling equipment Sunscreen lotions Fresh towels **Excluded of the price:** -Skipper -Fuel -Fresh fruit and snacks (upon request) The customer agrees and accepts: -To deliver the boat at in the state that was received. -The customer will be liable for any damage caused to the boat, outboard engines or its equipments by misuse or neglect. -To deliver the boat the latest at Sunset (If you are running late you must call us to know the time of your return. If we have no notice for your delay there will be extra charges). -Early return of the vessel does not entitle the customer a refund claim. -The maximum distance of vessel from the coast should not exceed 3NM. -Only the Hirer is responsible for handling and operating the boat during hiring. -You are not allowed to go out of Paros island. -Ensure that all members of the party comply with these terms and conditions. -A Deposit should be paid to confirm the boat. -The briefing is at 09:30 am (Morning) / 18:00 pm (Evening). If you are late for that time then there may be a delay on what time we can do the briefing again before you take the boat. -If you are not at the meeting point till 09:45 am (Morning) / 18:15 pm (Evening) and you haven’t contacted us by phone or text message that you are going to be late, we have the right to rent the boat to another customer and deposit is NOT refundable.
