Construido con un casco y una superestructura de GRP, tiene una velocidad impresionante y una gran eficiencia gracias a su casco de planeo. Flow navega cómodamente a 24 nudos y alcanza una velocidad máxima de 30 nudos. Con un calado poco profundo de 1,7 m/5'7″, Flow puede anclar más cerca de calas y bahías protegidas durante la noche.
