Dugi Otok es una isla mucho más grande que estas y tiene un impresionante Parque Natural llamado Telašćica que debes ver. Ya que estamos hablando de áreas protegidas en Croacia, uno de nuestros Parques Nacionales más famosos, Kornati, también está muy cerca de Ugljan. Kornati es un Parque Nacional con alrededor de 140 islas, más pequeñas y más grandes, que todas tienen un aspecto similar entre sí. Los olivos y los muros de piedra alrededor de ellos son bastante especiales de ver. Estas islas también están deshabitadas excepto durante la temporada cuando algunos restaurantes están abiertos y sirven el pescado y las langostas más increíbles y frescos. Si deseas explorar esta área con un patrón, el costo adicional es de 100 EUR. En ese caso, no tienes que pagar un depósito en concepto de daños por un monto de 400€ (el patrón se encarga del barco). ¡Estamos deseando darte la bienvenida a bordo!

Dugi Otok is a much bigger island than these and it has an impressive Nature Park called Telašćica which you must see. Since we’re on the topic of protected areas in Croatia, one of our most famous National Parks, Kornati is also super close to Ugljan. Kornati is a National Park with around 140 islands, smaller and bigger ones, which all have a similar look to themselves. Olives and stone walls around them are pretty special to see. These islands are also uninhabited except during the season when some restaurants are open and serve the most amazing, fresh fish and lobsters. If you wish to explore this area with a skipper the additional cost is 100 EUR. In that case you dont have to pay damage deposit in amount of 400€ (skipper carry about boat).
